According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Arak Municipality, the meeting of the Administrative Transformation Steering Council of Arak Municipality, chaired by Faraji, Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development, was held. At the beginning of the meeting, Faraji said regarding the formation of this meeting: the drafting and proper implementation of the administrative reform program is owed to programmers and specialists. Therefore, the correct and precise explanation of this program plays a significant role in its proper implementation and in creating order and administrative organization. He further stated: the goal of administrative transformation is to strengthen the capabilities of the administrative system in order to effectively fulfill organizational duties and roles, or in other words, the goal of administrative transformation is the alignment of roles, capabilities, and capacities of the administrative system, which is vital and necessary for development. Faraji added: the issue of modernization and transformation in the administrative system in line with technological advances is aimed at realizing the demands of employees. He further said: administrative transformation pursues various processes such as public participation of employees, reform of administrative structures, alignment of duties and authorities, empowerment of employees and managers, accountability of officials to citizens, oversight of the administrative system, and development of information methods. At the end, Faraji, Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development of Arak Municipality, in a new appointment, appreciated and thanked Mr. Ghorbani for his efforts during his tenure and appointed Ms. Zahedi as the Director of Renovation and Administrative Transformation.

According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the municipality, the first meeting of Arak Municipality's Administrative Council in 1404 was held under the chairmanship of Alireza Mahmoudi, the mayor of Arak, and with the حضور of municipal managers. The mayor of Arak, while appreciating the efforts made over the past year in the urban management complex and the sincere service to citizens, said: One of the most important matters that must be prioritized in every service organization is transparency and administrative integrity, because transparency in work will lead to citizens' trust and increased public oversight of the municipality's behavior and performance. He described transparency and administrative integrity as observing the administrative principles and regulations governing the organization, taking into account the predesigned administrative order, and added: Municipal officials must properly carry out their duties for better productivity while maintaining administrative integrity. The mayor of Arak continued by stating that every organization, for long-term success, needs to observe order within the organization and maintain work discipline, saying: Administrative order and discipline create a positive and healthy work environment and ensure the proper performance of that organization. For this reason, one of the main responsibilities of the municipality's human resources unit is to draft disciplinary guidelines and ensure employees adhere to them. At the municipality's Administrative Council meeting, he stated: The municipality's strategic plan is a comprehensive and forward-looking project designed for sustainable urban management and development. By carefully analyzing the city's needs and challenges, this plan defines long-term and short-term goals. Mahmoudi stated in this regard: Planning in urban management, which seeks to improve citizens' quality of life and enhance urban infrastructure, will lead to the effective implementation of plans and projects, resulting in the city's growth and prosperity. The mayor of Arak, noting that the necessary mechanisms within the municipality for providing desirable and effective services to citizens have been defined in the administrative system under the title of honoring and gaining the satisfaction of service recipients, added: Given that managers and officials in the municipality have direct contact with service recipients, honoring them and increasing their satisfaction plays an effective role in better urban management, and we must institutionalize this important matter among employees through training effective communication skills. Mahmoudi, regarding accelerating affairs with the highest quality among employees, referred to strengthening administrative automation systems in the municipality and said: Given that the administrative automation system is one of the basic systems in the municipality, it must be planned in such a way that these systems can meet diverse service needs in the future in service of the city and its citizens. He referred in the first Administrative Council meeting to empathy and synergy in line with the development and prosperity of the city and stated: In urban management, consensus and empathy are always the key words for serving citizens and developing urban affairs, and I hope this empathy and synergy in the current year will lead to progress and prosperity in the implementation of more construction projects, strengthening recreational and tourism facilities, and the quantitative and qualitative development of urban services. At the end of the municipality's Administrative Council meeting, Alireza Mahmoudi, the mayor of Arak, referred to cooperation and coordination with other organizations, institutions, and agencies to improve service quality, and added: Municipalities, due to the broad scope of services they provide to citizens, are always in need of cooperation and organized relations with other institutions so that they can ultimately provide better services to citizens. Therefore, all managers of the organization are expected to achieve this important goal through full internal and external organizational coordination.
