According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, Mohammad Rezaei, the manager of District 3 of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, announced the extensive implementation of street improvement and organization projects in this district during the first six months of the current year. In this regard, Rezaei stated: With the aim of creating smoother traffic routes for citizens and preventing problems caused by waterlogging during the rainy season, the improvement and renovation operations for the main and secondary streets of District 3 were placed on the agenda with strength and determination, and a significant part of them has reached the implementation stage. He added: In this regard, various measures including asphalt paving, repairing potholes and surface cracks, repairing and rebuilding curbs and surface water drainage channels, as well as cleaning and dredging canals in different parts of the district, have been carried out. The District 3 manager, referring to the importance of these projects in improving citizens' quality of life, said: Street improvement, in addition to facilitating the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, plays an important role in managing surface water and reducing damages caused by seasonal rainfall. Rezaei concluded by noting: District 3 Municipality, with coherent planning and leveraging existing capacities, has also put the implementation of these projects on the agenda in the second half of the year with the aim of fully covering the streets.
