Progress of construction operations in the Gerdoo tourism project; road subgrade works and plaza wall construction
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Municipality of Arak, in line with improving access and enhancing the quality of public spaces, the spreading and leveling of subgrade materials on the routes leading to the Martyrs' Tomb located in the Gerdoo tourism project is underway. These measures are being carried out with the aim of increasing safety, reducing unevenness, and creating a suitable surface for pedestrian traffic, especially during peak hours, using standard subgrade materials and observing the technical principles of compaction and grading, so that stable and desirable operating conditions for the route are provided. Simultaneously with this operation, on January 4 of the current year, construction of part of the plaza wall in the Gerdoo tourism complex has also begun. This section of the project, with a structural approach and in accordance with approved plans, is being implemented with the aim of organizing the spatial edges of the plaza, increasing spatial legibility, and enhancing the visual quality of the complex. The simultaneous execution of route subgrade works and the plaza wall is considered an effective step in completing tourism infrastructure, improving internal access within the complex, and providing safe and suitable conditions for citizens to use the public spaces of the Gerdoo tourism project.

According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Municipality of Arak metropolis, despite the severe drop in temperature and sub-zero cold that caused many activities to stop, production at the mountain materials and stone-crushing plants complex continued without interruption. The continuity of this process in the harshest weather conditions reflects the commitment, jihadist spirit, and responsibility of the active forces in the urban production sector. This continuous and tireless effort is an important support for the implementation of the city's construction projects and plays an effective role in supplying the required materials and improving the quality of urban services. The continuity of production in difficult conditions is a clear symbol of uninterrupted service delivery and adherence to organizational duties; an epic that took shape in the silence of the workshops, but its effects will be evident in the development and prosperity of the city.

Technical Review of the Production Hubs of Arak Concrete Parts Complex and the Plan to Build a Steam Curing Room
According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, various sections of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality Concrete Parts Complex were technically evaluated this month, and the plan to build a new steam curing room was examined in detail. In this evaluation, production processes including the wet-press parts production hub, quality control, and production samples were taken into consideration. The necessity of creating a steam curing room as one of the important infrastructures in the production of concrete parts was also emphasized. By creating controlled temperature and humidity conditions, the steam curing room accelerates the concrete curing process and leads to increased initial strength, structural uniformity, and improved final quality of the parts. Building this room, in addition to reducing production time, will play an effective role in increasing the productivity of production lines and improving the technical standards of concrete parts; parts that are used in urban construction projects and whose quality has a direct impact on the durability and safety of structures. This action has been carried out in line with the continuous monitoring of production hubs, process improvement, and the development of the technical infrastructure of the Arak metropolitan concrete parts complex.

Start of construction operations for the crusher building at Arak asphalt and mountain materials factories
According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, construction work on the crusher building in the Arak asphalt and mountain materials factories complex has begun. This project, aimed at upgrading the materials production infrastructure and increasing the complex's technical capacity, has been defined and is being implemented to ensure the sustainable and standard supply of materials needed for urban development projects. The crusher building, as one of the key components of the materials production chain, has been designed with a technical approach and based on industrial operation requirements, and its implementation will play an important role in improving the production process, grading, and management of stone materials. The technical specifications of the project include the construction of a specialized building for the installation and operation of the crusher with a nominal capacity of 110 tons per hour, the execution of a reinforced concrete foundation suited to the static and dynamic loads of the equipment, the design of the structure taking into account vibrations caused by the machine's operation and industrial safety requirements, and the planning of optimal material transfer routes and the proper placement of equipment related to the production line. With the operation of this project, the production of stone materials with controlled quality for urban projects and infrastructure will be made possible, and dependence on external sources will be reduced. This measure is considered an effective step in increasing productivity, reducing the implementation costs of civil projects, and enhancing the operational capacity of asphalt and mountain materials factories.

141 thousand tons of asphalt; a major transformation in improving Arak's urban streets over the first 9 months of the year
According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, in line with improving urban infrastructure and enhancing traffic flow and street safety in the city, extensive and continuous asphalt paving operations were carried out across Arak's streets and various roads. In the first 9 months of 1404, the Arak Municipality successfully produced and distributed 141 thousand tons of asphalt in full at the municipal asphalt plant. This operation was implemented in various parts of the city and had a significant impact on improving traffic conditions and smoothing the movement of vehicles on public roads. This activity was carried out in different parts of the city, including main streets, neighborhoods, and secondary roads that needed repair and reconstruction, and high-traffic areas and main roads that play a vital role in the daily movement of citizens were given priority. To carry out this operation, high-quality hot asphalt was used so that it could withstand various weather conditions and have a longer lifespan. The asphalt paving implementation process included demolition and removal of old layers, leveling the surface, and then laying new asphalt layers. One of the most important goals and achievements of these measures was improving the quality of road asphalt, which significantly increased the safety of drivers and sidewalks. Also, by repairing roads and eliminating existing problems, traffic movement speed improved and traffic load decreased. The asphalt paving operation in the first 9 months of 1404 was successfully completed, and its positive effects on urban traffic, reducing traffic problems, and improving urban road conditions are clearly visible. This trend will continue in the coming years so that we can witness a city with higher-quality streets and roads and greater safety for citizens.
